Mariana is an Argentine English-Spanish legal translator graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 2005. She also has a degree in Design, Management and Evaluation of Online Learning Programs from Universidad Nacional de San Martín and Net-Learning, and is about to complete the university degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Universidad CAECE.
Apart from working as a translator, Mariana mainly specializes in teaching Legal English. She founded the language school LEI – Legal English Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2011 to offer Legal English training to lawyers and law students in her country and abroad.
Mariana has taught Legal English courses at Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and at Escuela de Posgrado del CPACBA. In 2011, she published an English-Spanish legal dictionary called Diccionario Jurídico Bilingüe published by Editorial Estudio.
Nowadays Mariana teaches intensive courses, regular courses and workshops via Zoom. She also supervises other courses taught at LEI.
